For Band 5 and Early Career Therapists – ASI Wise Ayres’ Sensory Integration Certificate Route
Our ASI Wise (Ayres Sensory Integration Wales, Ireland, Scotland & England) Certificate Route is a brilliant way for junior staff to develop real-world skills in Ayres’ Sensory Integration education without committing to a full Master’s degree. It provides a strong, practical foundation in sensory integration theory and application, making it ideal for Band 5 therapists starting clinical practice. Managers can use this route as a gateway into sensory integration, building capacity within teams early on.
For Band 6 and Above – Start or Step Into Your MSc Advancing Practice Sensory Integration
More experienced therapists can either begin directly on the Ulster University MSc in Advancing Practice pathway or start with the ASI Wise Certificate Route and choose to upgrade later. This flexible upgrade option (available for up to five years) allows therapists to pace their learning and spread the cost, especially helpful for managers utilising smaller CPD awards to support postgraduate education or working to spread costs across financial years.
