Why We Do This
Because we know that quality learning takes time, space, and community.
We also know that therapists in the NHS or public services often lack the same resources as those in private practice. That’s why we’ve made it a core part of our mission to ensure that high-quality education and support are available to all, regardless of role, income, or geography.
These free sessions aren’t “extras” — they’re a deliberate part of our commitment to equity, excellence, and inclusion. They are curated, structured, and facilitated by experienced therapists who prepare materials and intentionally guide each conversation.
