
Today, 10th of October 2025, is World Mental Health Day 2025.
This day highlights the importance of caring for our mental health and underscores the need to make it a priority, dedicating resources to support it.
The World Federation of Mental Health proposed the topic for this year: “Access to Services – Mental Health in catastrophes and emergencies”, due to the times we are living in, marked by massive social conflicts, ongoing wars and major disasters.

Regarding this, constant exposure to social media and negative news can become intensely overwhelming.
Nowadays, it is more important than ever to care for our mental health and to recognise the need to prioritise and invest in it.
