International Volunteer Day 2025

Every year, on the 5th of December, the International Volunteer Day is celebrated. This year’s theme is ‘Every Contribution Matters’.

It indeed matters; every single contribution is important for making the world a better place.

Volunteering makes the world a better place, and it can be a deeply rewarding choice for many reasons.

From ASI-Wise, we would like to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude to all the volunteers who have contributed to the Sensory Ladders Translation Project to date.

You can find them on our Ambassadors Page:

We strongly believe in the power of infectious generosity, a value that is very important to us. That is why Sensory Ladders® was created by Kath Smith to be shared freely, and we are truly happy to find therapists around the world who share the same value as us. We believe that kindness and giving can spread from person to person, inspiring others to do the same, like a positive ripple effect.

If, apart from English, you speak a different language, we are looking for passionate translators, especially OTs, PTs, and SLTs interested in volunteering on our diverse translation teams!

Join this exciting project and help us translate Sensory Ladders resources into different languages to make this clinical tool accessible worldwide and for global inclusion.

Here you can “purchase” this product for free, and you will find all the information related to this philanthropic project and the different steps to follow to collaborate:

As always, thank you for your time and your willingness to collaborate 💜
