This workshop brings together assessment, formulation, intervention planning, review, and outcome thinking through school-based case examples. It focuses on how participants move from concern to formulation, from formulation to action, and from action to meaningful evidence of change in everyday school life.

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Discuss how assessment, formulation, and intervention connect in school-based case work
- Consider how to move from identified need to meaningful goals and practical action
- Explore what counts as change in everyday school life
- Reflect on how progress is currently understood or measured in their own practice
- Leave with stronger confidence in case-based reasoning and outcome planning
