ASI Wise are delighted to be able to announce that they are working in collaboration with CLASI (Collaborative for Leadership in Ayres Sensory Integration®) to bring their range of CLASI CASI (Certificate in Ayres Sensory Integration®) courses to the UK and Ireland.
In conjunction with CLASI, ASI Wise is ensuring a learning journey is available to Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapist and Speech and Language Therapists from the UK and Ireland that are grounded in practice and the theory of Ayres’ Sensory Integration.
The courses will offer a mixture of online and face to face learning. ASI Wise is committed to ensuring accessible therapist education, supporting therapists to learn and develop their theoretical knowledge alongside the practical skills needed to assess and provide intervention to clients with sensory integration difficulties across the lifespan.
The judicious use of technology will allow learning to include the latest research and developments in Ayres’ Sensory Integration, while delivering hands-on supported practical learning with national and international expert lecturers, ensuring therapists who do our courses are fit to practice ASI across a range of clinical settings in the UK and Ireland.
ASI Wise is dedicated to working alongside colleagues who have a history of delivering Ayres’ Sensory Integration within the UK and Ireland, alongside international leaders in the field of Ayres’ Sensory Integration, developing and growing local communities of practice, ensuring we remain a part of the worldwide community of practice and global initiative including the ASI 2020 Vision; the development of the EASI (Evaluation of Ayres’ Sensory Integration) and ICEASI.
Our first course in collaboration with CLASI will be taught by Dr. Susanne Smith Roley, with support from national leaders in the field of ASI is equivalent to the CLASI Modules 5 & 6. For more information and to book please click here.
