Please use an email address you can access easily and expect to continue using throughout your learning.
Your learning account, course communications, progress and certificates may be connected to this email address.
Are you booking for someone else?
The learner needs their own learning account. If you are arranging learning for another person, please check our guidance before making the booking.
This helps make sure their course access, learning history and certificates stay connected to them.
Does your organisation need a purchase order?
If your employer, NHS organisation, school, university or another service needs to arrange payment through a purchase order, please use that route before creating an individual paid booking.
This helps us connect the organisation, payment and learner access correctly.
