Course access
I cannot find my course
If you can log in but the learning you expected is not there, there are a few things worth checking before creating another account or purchasing the course again.
Start with these checks
Make sure you are logged in using the same email address that was used when your learning was booked.
Go to My Learning and check the learning already connected to your account.
If somebody else booked for you, check which learner name and email address they supplied.
If your organisation paid by BACS or purchase order, consider whether the payment is still being matched to the learner booking.
Check My Learning
My Learning is the first place to look once you are logged in. Your current learning should be connected to the account that was used for your booking.
Could the booking be under another email address?
This is especially worth checking if you use more than one personal, work, NHS, education or organisational email address.
You booked the learning yourself
Think about which email address you were using when the booking was originally made.
Somebody else booked for you
Ask the person who arranged your place which name and email address they entered for the learner.
Please do not purchase the course again
If you believe the learning has already been paid for, buying another copy can create a duplicate payment without solving the account problem.
If you cannot find the original booking, ask us to check it first.
Was the learning paid for by your organisation?
If payment was made through BACS or a purchase order, there may be a short gap while the payment, booking and learner information are connected.
Actually having trouble logging in?
If you cannot access the account at all, rather than simply being unable to see the course, use the login help page.
Have you accidentally created a second account?
If you have registered using more than one email address, your learning may be sitting in the original account rather than the one you are currently viewing.
Please do not keep creating new accounts. If you think this may have happened, tell us which email addresses you have used and we can help work out where the learning sits.
Course still missing?
Tell us your full name, the email address you are logged in with, the course or programme you expected to see and any booking, invoice or payment information you have.
If you think another email address may have been used, include that too.
