Payscale to be agreed post-interview at point of offer, successful candidates will receive remuneration matched to NHS KSF pay scales.
Shift and schedule
Monday to Friday – TBA at interview. This role would also suit those looking for a job share.
You will work remotely with other team members via our well-established virtual team office; “the ASI Wise House”.
FT role is 35 hours per week, typically within UK working hours 9 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday, with occasional cover for weekend education programmes and events.

There is a 6-month probationary period, which will be assessed via KPI Position Contract.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Administrator to join our Leadership Operational Team (LOT), with a particular focus on supporting the Education Team. This role will provide high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of learning and development services, organisational events, and communications across ASI Wise.
You will work closely with colleagues and external partners to coordinate event logistics, manage outward-facing communications, and support the delivery of our newsletters and social media content sourced from therapist content creators. This role is vital in strengthening engagement with our wider community by ensuring timely promotion of modules, workshops, and other events.
You will help maintain accurate records across education and administration systems in collaboration with our academic partners, including CLASI and Ulster University. With a learner-centred approach, you’ll support information sharing, respond to education queries, and contribute to successfully delivering our Education Team’s programmes and communications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administrative Support
– Provide general admin support across the ASI Wise team and maintain accurate records. - Event Coordination
– Plan and deliver online and in-person events, including managing registrations, venues, Zoom sessions, and follow-up communications. - External Communications
– Liaise with external partners and stakeholders; coordinate professional, aligned messaging across platforms including Telegram. - Newsletter Management
– Coordinate regular newsletters with content from therapist contributors; ensure quality, branding, and audience engagement. - Social Media Oversight
– Manage and schedule posts; share therapist-created content; monitor engagement across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
