Who Can I Ask For Help?

  • Typically we answer general questions via your module Telegram Group.
  • If you are having a login or technical issue, please contact hello@asi-wise.org
  • If you a specific question related to a personal or sensitive situation, please request via hello@asi-wise.org that a member of the lecture team contacts you. NOTE: do not share sensitive information in your request email. Once the request is received a member of the lecture team will schedule a call with you to discuss you question.
  • As some of the course content related to Mental Health and Trauma may be tricks as a result of the lived experience of yourself or others, if you would like to speak to a member of the lecture team before the course please send a mail to hello@asi-wise.org informing us that you would like to speak with a lecturer, and one of the lecturers will be in contact with you
  • Please note that the lecturers are all working therapists, so replies to emailed personal queries and questions may take up to 5 working days to receive a response.

How to Upload Materials & Resources

  • Watch the video below and then have a try at uploading a selfie for us!
  • Just find a picture of yourself on your computer that is a jpeg and upload. We would love to see some of your personality showing through!
  • The software we use calls these uploads “assignments” but they will be work created during your module or workshop, including preparation toward your case study where necessary.

Accessing Lecture Notes & Materials

  • Watch the video below to find out about accessing your lecture notes and materials, including PDF’s and images.
  • In order to reduce our carbon footprint we supply PDF’s and electronic documents of lecture materials, which you are able to download to your computer hard-drive.

  • Please note that you do not have to print the lecture materials unless this is indicated e.g, EASI Test sheets and any workbooks or worksheets. Your lecture notes and materials will remain available to you for up to a year after your module, and will be routinely updated.
