A growing members’ library for strengthening essential practice, understanding sensory experience, developing joined up care pathways and translating policy into humane, proportionate action.
Essensetial, Sensory Everyday Life and Policy and Practice bring a new edition each month. Care Pathways grows when a meaningful initiative, implementation example or service development is ready to share.
Participation begins in the body, and is shaped through people, places, activities and relationships.

Open the policy and practice seriesA gentle learning rhythm
Each edition begins with an ordinary practice question. It then brings together sensory integration science, lived experience, professional reasoning and the wider context around the person.
You can read an edition alone, use its questions in supervision or bring it into a team conversation. There is no expectation that every idea will fit every person or setting.
The invitation is to notice more carefully, make one proportionate change and review what happens with the person. A strategy is not successful because it was delivered. Its value is shown by what becomes possible in everyday life.
