Sensory Ladders® | English is a free, neuro-affirming, person-led resource rooted in occupational therapy practice since 2001. First developed with adults receiving mental health support in Cornwall, alongside work in learning disability services, it brings sensory motor integration, wellbeing and everyday participation together across the lifespan.
Explore body states, sensory perception, movement and regulation in ways that make sense to the person. Co-create a ladder using their own words, images, communication and lived experiences. It is not a fixed colour chart, an emotion scale or a behaviour management programme.
English resource: free (£0.00). Free introductory learning is also available. The optional CPD certificate is a separate purchase.
