Rhona is a highly skilled Occupational Therapist with over twenty years of experience working in this profession. Rhona has worked in many different settings across the lifespan and has always been passionate about delivering a service that provides high quality, client-centred, evidenced based assessment and intervention that results in effective rehabilitation and clinical outcomes. Rhona has been applying sensory integration theory to her practice for over 15 years to assist in the promotion of improved occupational participation and performance. Rhona has an interest and expertise in mental health, neurodevelopmental differences, sleep, and equine facilitated occupational therapy. Rhona works within both the public and private sectors.

Rhona is part of the Scottish group for collecting the EASI normative data, reliability, and validity studies, and is a tutor for ASI WISE. Rhona is the chair of Equine Facilitated Occupational Therapy UK (EFOT-UK) and lectures on the sensory functions of both the equine and human to support practice in this field. Rhona is an experienced speaker and has delivered training in various subjects nationally and internationally.
